Bathtub production process

1. Various shape of moulds for bathtub: 
We have lots of our own moulds, and we can make moulds based on the customer’s requirement.
2. Heating and shape forming:
The acrylic sheets are softened by heating at the temperature of 180-220℃, then pressed onto the mould by machine, and come to the shape of bathtub by vacuum. It will be taken out of the mould after cooling.
3. Bathtub reinforcement with mixture of resin and fiberglass:
The body of the tub will be reinforced with the mixture of resin and fiberglass at the side and bottom, to make it strong enough and less deformation.
4. Edge cutting, Apron、Stainless steel frame assemble: 
Once the body reinforcement, the edge will be cut to even for the installation of the apron.
The worker fixs the stainless steel frame to the bottom of the bathtub with resin, clips and screws, to make it stable enough, and then install the apron to the tub body.  
5. Drilling holes and jets assemble:
The worker drills the holes and assemble the jets, electric parts and faucet to the bathtub.
6. Water test, inspection and package:
All the tubs are need to do water test. The QC will do inspection from many aspects: function, surface, cleaning issues, etc. Once 100% pass the inspection, it will be packed and ready for delivery.
